My Story

My journey with yoga began in 2016 while living in Toronto. What drew me in wasn't the postures—it was the sense of connection, belonging, and community I found through the practice.

That experience led me to study yoga more deeply in India and explore healing traditions across different cultures. Along the way, I discovered that yoga, creativity, and mindfulness all offer pathways back to ourselves.

Today, as an Art Therapist and Yoga Teacher based in Vancouver, I weave together body-based and creative practices to support healing, self-discovery, and meaningful connection. My intention is to create spaces where folks feel welcomed exactly as they are and supported in reconnecting with their body, inner wisdom, and a deeper sense of meaning and belonging.

Yoga for the Body

Yoga invites us to reconnect with the wisdom of the body through movement, breath, and presence. Using a trauma-informed and accessible approach, I guide individuals to explore movement with curiosity, awareness, and self-compassion rather than striving

for perfection.

Sessions are adapted to each person's unique needs, abilities, and goals, with options and props offered to support comfort and alignment. Through mindful movement and breath awareness, yoga can help cultivate strength, mobility, resilience, and a deeper connection with oneself.

Meditation for the Mind

Meditation offers an opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with the mind. We begin with gentle grounding and somatic practices to help settle the body and create the conditions for stillness.

Drawing from mindfulness, breath awareness, guided visualization, affirmations, and contemplative practices, each session is tailored to the needs of the individual or group. Through regular practice, meditation can support greater clarity, emotional balance, self-awareness, and a deeper sense of presence in daily life.

Art Therapy for the Soul

Art therapy provides a space to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences through creative expression. No artistic experience is required. What matters is the process, not the final product.

My approach is experiential, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and deep respect for each person's lived experience. Together, we create space for curiosity, reflection, and authentic expression, allowing what has been hidden, forgotten, or difficult to put into words to emerge.

Through the creative process, clients often discover new perspectives, strengthen their connection to themselves, and cultivate a greater sense of meaning, healing, and belonging.

Private session rates:

  • 50min Art Therapy CAD$150~170

  • 80min Art Therapy CAD$240
