My Approach
I believe healing happens in relationship with ourselves, with others, and with the communities and stories that shape us. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and body-based practices that honour your unique lived experience.
Together, we create a space for curiosity, creativity, and reflection. Through mindful awareness, creative expression, and deep listening, I support clients in exploring their inner world, reconnecting with their body’s wisdom, and making meaning of their experiences.
Rather than focusing on what needs to be fixed, I invite a slower, more compassionate relationship with all parts of the self. Healing, to me, is a collaborative process that unfolds at your own pace and honours both your strengths and your struggles.
Whether through art therapy, yoga, meditation, or a combination of approaches, my intention is to support you in cultivating a deeper sense of connection, belonging, and authenticity in your life.
Vision
Through creative play, deep listening, and body-based practices, I hold space for you to express what words cannot, tend to your inner world, and make meaning of your experiences so you can return home to yourself with greater awareness, trust, and belonging.
